This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application PKIT ("App"), which facilitates an online community for the sharing and free exchange of personal items to promote sustainability and prevent waste.

  4. Payment Information: When you subscribe to our premium services or make other transactions, we collect payment information, including credit card details, billing address, and other necessary data to process your payments securely.

  5. Non-Personal Information: We may also collect non-personal information automatically when you use the App, such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and usage data.

  • Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising Request - You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising.

  • Opt-Out of Sale Request - You may opt out of the sale of your personal data.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers immediately.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from this Privacy Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
